Drumming is a remarkable tool used to place oneself in the here and now, and this can be enormously beneficial for a great number of people. Drumming increases concentration and focus, helps develop communication skills and encourages people to listen and communicate effectively with each other. It is a great way for people to explore their creativity, which leads to greater respect and understanding of themselves and others.
The Drumming Circle is held once a month at St. John’s United Church on main street in Glen Williams. Please check the calendar for dates; bring your own drum, or you can borrow one from them. No prior drumming experience necessary, you need to only bring your open hearts and open minds.
